Please reach us at info@thriftytotsmarket.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Thrifty Tots Market is a pop-up consignment marketplace focused primarily on children’s items, including clothing, shoes, toys, baby gear, books, accessories, and family essentials.
We also accept select men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories in smaller quantities.
You can register through the Thrifty Tots Market consignor portal:
https://portal.thriftytotsmarket.com/c/thrifty-tots-market/register
Once registered, you can begin entering items, printing tags, and preparing for the event.
Consignors set their own prices through the consignor portal.
You remain in control of pricing, but we encourage realistic pricing so your items have the best chance to sell. Our portal contains an intelligence tool that uses the data a consignor provides and scours the internet for market-driven research on appropriate pricing to sell.
Yes. We have implemented a pricing intelligence tool that helps gauge market trends and provide pricing recommendations designed to improve sell-through rates.
The tool can help identify whether items may be priced too high, too low, or within a more competitive range based on marketplace trends and event activity.
No. Pricing recommendations are guidance only. Consignors make the final pricing decisions.
That said, well-priced items generally have a better chance of selling.
Our standard consignor split is generally 60/40.
That means consignors typically receive 60% of the selling price, and Thrifty Tots Market retains 40% to cover event space, advertising, staffing, technology, payment processing, setup, organization, and event operations.
Some services, promotions, early drop-off arrangements, or “no hanging and tagging” options may have a different payout allocation.
Yes, we offer additional assistance such as hanging, tagging, or preparation support. These services require more labor and may result in a different consignor payout allocation than the standard 60/40 split.
For this drop-off service simply register on our portal at https://portal.thriftytotsmarket.com/c/thrifty-tots-market/register
Once registered, click the “Drop-Off” option at the top of the page and we will coordinate with you on the drop off.
Children’s clothing, shoes, toys, books, baby gear, nursery items, sports items, games, puzzles, accessories, and similar family items.
We also accept select men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories in smaller quantities, as long as they are clean, current, and in excellent condition.
Yes. We accept large items such as strollers, high chairs, pack-and-plays, bassinets, larger toys, play equipment, and similar family items.
Large items should be clean, complete, functional, and safe. We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet event standards.
Yes. We plan to have basic consignor supplies available for purchase at drop-off if needed.
This may include items such as hangers, safety pins, tagging supplies, or other preparation materials, depending on availability.
Sales are tracked through the consignor portal. Consignors will be able to view sales activity through their account.
Unsold items may be picked up during the designated pickup window after the event. Once the pickup window has closed, any remaining items become the responsibility of Thrifty Tots Market.
To keep the event moving smoothly and avoid extended storage or additional handling, Thrifty Tots Market may take possession of remaining items and determine the best next step. This may include coordinating donations with local organizations, recycling, disposal, or another appropriate disposition.
Because leftover items require sorting, storage, labor, transportation, and coordination after the event, consignors should plan to pick up any items they wish to keep during the scheduled pickup window.
